The Sharp MX-3050N printer is a member of the MX-3550N and MX-4050N series. This family of machines boasts a 100-sheet RSPF capacity and a PCL 6 compatible print system with network scanning capabilities. Noteworthy features include an automatic duplexing component for printing on both sides of the page, as well as a black/color developer. Specifications
As a color multifunction printer, it is capable of printing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents with excellence. Its display component measures up to 10.1 inches in diagonal measurement and color dot matrix high-resolution touchpanel. The resolution is up to 1024×600 dots per inch (dpi) (W-SVGA) while the screen tilts in the user’s desired direction. Its copy system also has dry electrostatic transfer, dual-component developer, belt fusing, OPC drums, and a magnetic brush development.
Through the use of multicopy technology, the printer has the capability to generate a substantial amount of copies from a singular original document, with a maximum production capacity of 9999 copies. The first copy out time will differ depending on the model; for example, the Sharp MX-3050N model will run at a rate of 4.7 seconds and 6.7 seconds for monochrome and color document production, respectively. The printer requires approximately 10 seconds or less to warm up and prepare for printing. Conversely, the scan speed can reach up to 80 images per minute (ppm) for both color and black documents.
The weight of paper load inside the trays must fall between 18 and 110 lbs to be deemed acceptable. It is recommended to use plain, tap paper, pre-punched, recycled, pre-printed, OHP film, gloss paper, color paper, and letterhead sheets for printing purposes. For added convenience, optional parts such as single, double, or triple drawer paper with 550, 1100, or 1650 sheet capacities are available. The duplexing component of the machine is equipped with a standard automatic duplex for copying and printing at high speed to produce top-quality prints.
